Takase was a daughter of II Naochika and a halfsister of Ii Naomasa. She was born between him who escaped to Shinano in his childhood and a local woman.

She is said to have been born when her father II Naochika （Kamenojo）was sheltered in Shinano because of the rebellion plan of his father Naomitsu. But some say that she was born in Ii-no-ya. Later she married KAWATE Yoshinori, a vassal of the Iis by order of TOKUGAWA Ieyasu.
Finally she becomes a daughter of the Iis
In this series, her mother who is called Yuki tells her that she was born between her and a man called Kamenojo from Ii-no-ya. After her death, she visits Ii-no-ya to see her father Naochika. But she knows he has already died. After looking into her background, she is identified as a daughter of the Iis and meets the members of the Ii clan.
