Ina was a wife of SANADA Nobuyuki. She was born as daughter of HONDA Tadakatsu who served TOKUGAWA Ieyasu and married Nobuyuki as adopted daughter of Ieyasu to strengthen the relations between the Sanadas and the Tokugawas.
When she married Nobuyuki, he already had a wife but she was made to become his concubine after the marriage. She gave birth to four children and the eldest son Nobumasa became the lord of Numata han later. She is famous for having sent her father-in-law Sanada Masayuki back when he visited Numata Castle where she and her husband lived. As Masayuki took the side of ISHIDA MItsunari, he was the enemy of her husband Nobuyuki who supported Ieyasu.
In this drama, she is an aggressive woman but becomes to deal with Nobuyuki and his former wife Ko and help her husband well.
