これも以前投稿した分ですが、「電波オークションとNHKのPPV化」という記事に、電波オークションについて書いています。実はこれが実現化すると、ネット業者もテレビ業界に参入できるようになります。今でもアベマTVなどはネットTVで、無料で楽しむことができますし、お金を払ってプレミアムプランに加入すれば、見逃し番組を観ることもできます。ちなみにアベマTVの大相撲ダイジェストは面白いらしい。元々スカパーやケーブルテレビに代表されるような、多チャンネル放送、要は自分が観たいチャンネルにだけお金を払うシステムが定着しているため、今までのテレビ、特に地上波局の存在は意味をなさなくなるわけです。

だからこそテレビ局はこぞって反対しています。昨今のメディアの政権批判の一因は、この自分たちの既得権益を奪われるからだという指摘もあるほどです。しかし、地上波局の番組が面白ければまだ別ですが、ごくいくつかの番組を除いてはワンパターン、似たような出演者で似たような制作方針に終始している、あるいはNHKの場合強制的に受信料を徴収している以上、やむを得ないことです。むしろこれでNHKも民放も、あるいはそれぞれのBSも再編成し直した方がいいでしょう。NHKは今年の12月から、4Kや8KのBSを開局する予定ですが、その前にソフト面をもっと充実させる必要がありそうです。受像機（ハード）と番組（ソフト）の分業化を進めた方がいいのではないかと思います。

無論こうなると、ネット業者が番組制作に大いに関与する可能性も出てくるでしょう。それはそれでまたいいかと思います。いっそのことネット業者が関与した方が、視聴者の声を取り込むことが出来るのではないかと思います。実際やってみないことには何ともいえませんし、損失やリスクも出てくるかもしれません。既にCSの時代劇チャンネル制作のドラマを観ている身としては、地上波局とは違った面白さを感じてもいます。それとチャンネルと新聞社の系列化（たとえば日テレと読売）も、そろそろ終わりにしてもいいのではないかと思っています。新聞というメディアが、この先どのくらいメジャーな存在として続くのかはわかりませんが、少なくともテレビと新聞は、それぞれが自立性の高い存在であるべきでしょう。

At Yabuhara Fort, AKIYAMA Nobutomo tells Kansuke that the Kiso clan feign to obey Harunobu but it's uncertain. Then they hear the war cry of Yoshiyasu's soldiers and they sally out.At that moment, Denbée runs into the fort and informs Kansuke that Yu-u hime died. Kansuke drops his helmet and is too surprised to deal with matters appropriately. Soon after he comes to himself and attacks his enemy shouting,

2000年11月、アイルランドに日本は大敗し、しかもその時のIRB（現World Rugby）の役員の一員として、日本協会の金野滋氏がこの試合を観戦していました。それでなくても70失点、しかも経験の浅い選手ばかりとなれば、今後の代表強化陣を再検討しなければならない事態となっていました。しかしその後、メディアでは今後の人事、あるいは協会の決定などに関する情報は、殆ど表に出て来ず、かろうじて某スポーツ紙が「平尾氏は解任か」と報じるにとどまりました。そしてその11月最後の週末、日本協会で行われた理事会で、平尾氏は監督を辞任し、強化方針を白紙撤回することになりました。

辞任は午後6時過ぎごろの発表だったこともあり、プライムタイムのテレビのニュースでこれが報道されました。翌日の朝刊も大々的にこれを載せていました。平尾氏の監督としての期間は終わり、同時に平尾プロジェクトもこれで終わりました。しかしその後の強化陣がなかなか決まらず、いよいよこの年も押し詰まり、花園ラグビー場で高校大会が始まった頃になって、かつての代表監督の宿沢広朗氏が強化委員長に、そして、東芝府中（現ブレイブルーパス）を3年連続の優勝に導いた、向井昭吾氏が監督と決まりました。この時から監督と代表選手は出向制、つまり所属企業から代表活動期間に限り、手当付きで貸し出してもらうといった方法が採られました。

この方法も最初はなかなかうまく行かなかったものの、2年目からは出向する選手も増えて行きました。ただしこのチームのネックは、アウェイの試合があまりにも少なかったこと、そして強化委員長の宿沢氏が、専従スタッフでなかったことも理由に挙げられるかと思われます。恐らく専従となるには報酬が安い、既に勤務先の執行役員であったなど、様々な理由が挙げられたかと思いますが、この時強化委員長も監督も専従であったなら、もう少し違っていたのではないでしょうか。この強化陣で2003年のワールドカップに出場した日本代表は、95年、あるいは99年よりはかなりましなチームになっていましたが、この時も善戦どまりでした。

その後向井氏辞任後は、かつて神戸製鋼に在籍した萩本光威氏が監督、強化委員長が、平尾監督時も強化委員長を務めた勝田隆氏と決まりました。実はこの時も新人を多く入れたため、試合そのものは散々な結果となり、2004年秋のヨーロッパ遠征では100点ゲーム、しかも日本協会の説明もどこかぶれた印象がありました。その少し前から、代表に外国人監督を何故入れないかという声が上がっており、最初はフランス人のエリサルド氏でしたが、不祥事で辞任、その後はジョン・カーワン氏となって、2007年のワールドカップカナダ戦で引き分けに持ち込みました。さらに北米2国は勝てる相手となり、次はサモアやフィジーに安定して勝つ のが目標となりました。

しかしカーワン氏のチーム、JKジャパンは、通常の国際試合では、ウェールズに勝つなどということもあったのですが、2011年のワールドカップでもカナダ相手に引き分け、その他は黒星という結果に終わりました。そしてエディー・ジョーンズ氏がヘッドコーチになり、2015年ワールドカップで南ア、サモア、アメリカに勝利し、その後のジョセフ氏のチームは、アウェイでウェールズに惜敗、あるいはフランスに引き分けというレベルまで成長するに至ります。恐らくスーパーラグビーに参戦したせいもあるのでしょうが、あのアイルランド戦から17年経って、「やっと」このレベルまで来たかと思わずにはいられません。

以前「真田丸と風林火山の両方に登場する出演者たち」という投稿をしたことがあります。大河は結構常連の俳優さんが多いのですが、4月からアンコール放送が始まる『軍師官兵衛』と『風林火山』もダブる俳優さんが多いので、ここに書き出してみました。（敬称略）

Kichinosuke returns to Satsuma domain residence and tell Nariakira the words of Yoshinobu. Then he learns that Atsu hime who visited Zōjōji Temple disappeared. During searching her, Kichinosuke finds a common woman who wears the kimono of Atsu hime and she says that she met a strange woman and exchanged their kimonos. He thinks it's Atsu hime and at last sees her who is shabbily dressed at the shore of Shinagawa. She says that she wanted to meet her father again. Kichinosuke speaks to her that she should weep until she can weep no more and he cries in sympathy.

Kichinocuke fastened his room's door with a bar before he listens to what Sanai says. Therefore ARIMURA Shunsai and Ōyama Kakunosuke cannot open the door and flood into the room during their conversation. Sanai patches things up for the moment and leaves there saying what he told him was his thoughtless words. Later Kichinosuke hands the letter to Nariakira and asks him why he tries to support Yoshinobu and make Atsu hime marry Iesada at the same time. Nariakira says that Yoshinobu can deal with Western countries on equal terms and if Atsu hime gives birth a child, Satsuma will become a domain of established reputation. Nariaki says,

SAIGŌ Koto was a younger sister of Saigō Kichinosuke. She was born in 1832 and later married Ichiki Shōnojō (Masakiyo). Then she called herself ICHIKI Koto.


Though having married Shōnojō, she was in charge of the household of her parent's home because of the death of her mother Masa. She had three or five sons between Shōnojō. One of her sons Kanōji was killed in Boshin War. Her another son Sōsuke went to the US to study with his half brother Kikujirō. But Sōsuke and his youngest son Sōgorō were killed in Satsuma rebellion. It is said that Sōsuke's orderlies brought her his pocket watch as keepsake after the rebellion.

Her fourth son Masakata became an Imperial court councilor. After her brother Takamori (Kichinosuke) was pardoned, she moved to Tokyo and lived there.

In thisseries, she is described as a reliable woman who manages household well. While taking care of her younger brothers and sisters, she respects her brother Kichinosuke and supports him.

Harunobu left Kawanakajima and visits Yu-u hime on his way to Kai. He tells her that he plans to make Kansuke marry Ritsu. He knows if Kansuke doesn't marry anyone, he would participate in many battles and tries to die. Yu-u hime is anxious abut the existence of Ritsu and O-Goto hime but Harunobu says that she should not mind them.


Kansuke returns to Kai prior to Harunobu and finds that Ritsu visits his house. She serves him with sake as if she were his real wife. He tells her that she doesn't relax him but she asks him why he is still unmarried. He tells her to go home but she will not. And her father HARA Toratane asks him why he never marries her and this offer of marriage is not his will but the order of Harunobu. Kansuke is perplexed by his words.


Then he visits SANADA Yukitaka who also talks about his marriage. He insists that he doesn't want neither have children nor leave his name but establish a well-governed province. He plans to guard Zenkōji Temple where NAGAO Kagetora was based on in the previous battle. Then he tells Harunobu that he taught how to win over Kagetora's vassals to Yukitaka and AIKI Ichibée. Then KOMAI Masatake tells Harunobu that Kagetara visits the Imperial court to meet the Emperor to submit Imperial sanction to beat Harunobu. But Kansuke takes advantage of his absence and sends reinforcements to the HŌJŌ Ujiyasu's army that opposes IMAGAWA Yoshimoto.


It is Kansuke's strategem. He makes Yoshimoto make peace with Ujiyasu to form the alliance of the the daimyos of Kai (Takeda), Sagami (Hōjō) and Suruga (Imagawa), If the alliance is formed, it will enable them attack their enemies without any worry about their future. Especially Yoshimoto, who also attack the Oda clan in Owari is advised by Taigen Sessai that he can hoist his flag in Kyoto and reestablish Muramachi Bakufu soon.

Sessai visits the headquarters of Harunobu and Ujiyasu and talks with them about the alliance. In March 1554, the alliance is formed at Zentokuji Temple in Suruga. The daimyos write their signatures on the vow and burn it. then the ash is mixed with sake and they drink it (*). Sessai has a tea ceremony for Kansuke who accompanies Harunobu and talks about human's pride and mercy. Kansuke says that he fights for Harunobu,Yu-u hime and Shirō only. Sessai tells him that his mercy is not real mercy but delusion as vassal.


Thanks for the alliance, Ume, eldest daughter of Harunobu marries HOJO Shinkuro, later Ujimasa. It makes Sanjō Fujin sad. Obu Toramasa says that he is much better that IMAGAWA Ujizane who is too aristocratic but Hagino feels dissatisfied with his words (**). On the day of the wedding, Ume says farewell to her parents and is about to ride a palanquin but Sanjō Fujin hugs her tightly though Harunobu tells her to stop it and weeps. Both Toramasa and Hagino ask him to overlook it.


Sanjō Fujin tells Ume who also weeps to endure what a difficult position she will be and if she cannot, she should kill herself. Kansuke who sees them thinks it's nothing but real mercy and he cannot take somebody into his confidence.


In Suwa, Yu-u hime plays the flute but coughs violently and vomits blood. Shima who sees it approaches her in a fluster.

(*) This is a ceremony when an alliance is formed or somebody makes an oath.
(**) As Sanjō Fujin is from the Sanjō clan, famous aristocrat family and Hagino serves her, she finds faults with what Toramasa says.

保元の乱が終わり、清盛は信西と組んで、後白河上皇のもとで新しい政を始めることになります。しかしその一方で、清盛よりもはるかに低い境遇に甘んじる義朝は、不満を募らせていきます。

信西はまず内裏を修復し、さらに相撲節会を復活させることになる。これは元々は宮中行事でもあった。その資金繰りとして、清盛は九州へ行き、納税が滞っている太宰少弐から徴税を行うことになる。これは、信西が徹底して徴税を行う方針を取ったためである。しかしその一方で、清盛の嫡男重盛は、忠正の斬首を命じた信西と父が協力し合うことに、疑問を感じており、父の進める縁談にも気が載らずにいた。しかし清盛はといえば、九州で宋の茶器を手に入れ、さらなる立身出世を企もうとしていた。

そして義朝の方は、身内を処刑しても清盛ほどの力を手に入れられなかった。しかも正室の由良は病となり、嫡男の頼朝は初めて清盛と会い、存在感の大きさに驚く。また信西の存在感もかなり強力なものとなり、後白河上皇の側近である藤原信頼は、信西を警戒するようになる。その頃病気であった由良が世を去り、義朝は側室である常盤に会っても、この空しさを晴らせずにいた。その義朝に信頼は、信西の首を取るように勧める。

結局失意のうちにあった義朝は信頼と手を結び、反信西を掲げて兵を挙げる。平治元（1159）年のことだった。この時清盛たちは熊野詣りへと出かけており、義朝側は後白河上皇と二条天皇を幽閉してしまう。しかしこの情報を聞いた清盛一行は京へと急ぎ戻る。また信西は逃げ出し、山中の穴に身をひそめるものの、ついに見つかって自刃する。しかし義朝は清盛との決戦を望んでおり、性急に動くことはしなかった。

もちろん清盛の方も、下手に動こうとはしなかった。まず信頼に恭順の意を示したのである。最早内裏は源氏の兵であふれていたが、清盛はさらに宴会を催すに至り、義朝を苛立たせることに成功した。そして源氏側が油断をした隙に、上皇と天皇を内裏から逃がして匿い、これで源氏方は朝敵となったのである。機は熟したと、清盛は兵を挙げ、義朝との決戦、つまり平治の乱に挑むことになる。

保元の乱後の源平両氏の明暗が、この巻で際立って来ます。はっきり言って、信頼とは組まない方が、義朝に取ってはよかったようにも思いますが…。それとは反対に、この辺りから平家の公家化が始まるように思われます。ビジネスマン清盛と、軍人義朝の違いといえるでしょうか。しかしこの時の藤原信頼が、今年の熊吉なのですね（笑）。それと阿部サダヲさんは、昨年よりこの時の信西の方がよかったと思います。

それにしても、平治の乱は冬の合戦のはずなのですが、この大河では青草が茂っていましたね。これはロケのスケジュールの都合もあり、やむを得ない話でもあるとは思いますが、やはりちょっと不自然ではありました。無論『真田丸』などでも、最初の方のシーンは本当は早春のはずなのに、夏の終わりになっていたりもしていましたが。
